Welcome! Thank you for visiting our site. This site was created by citizens who want to be able to vote on the city laws for themselves. The purpose of this site is to allow voters of the City of New Albany to be able to decide for themselves whether beer and light wine should be legal. To be able to vote, enough people must sign and return the petition. Please sign it and send it in!

THE SITE AND THE PETITON ARE NEITHER FOR NOR AGAINST ALCOHOL.

The only goal is to encourage democracy by letting the people vote for themselves. Signing this petition does not mean that you are for or against alcohol; it is only a petition to let the citizens of New Albany vote.

If the petition gets enough support, that does not mean that alcohol will be legalized. It only means that we will get to vote on the issue ourselves.
